DAY 3 - MY BISCUITS ARE STILL CRUNCHY

Day 3 in Wuhan

The cars are stopping for the female sodiers who was holding China National Flag and parked car on other side of the road to give ways to let them passes through. China poeple are really respect on their nation flag, and even cars need to stop for them to pass thorugh no matter you are in any places of China

We went to JIan Qiao Qi Dao ( the avenue seven of JIan QIao) to eat dinner in the SIngapore Restraunt that Xiao Lin lao shi recommend us, and look at the bridge! It is curved into snake shape and have one head to 2 conjunctions direct poeple to 2 directions, unlike Singapore only has one head to one end. You can definately not find a curved bridge in Singapore.

OUr group photo of group D!!yeah!!! start from xinhui, to me, and back is wei guang and massita! we're taking photo with the culprit of a daddy and mommy holding hands of their little girl!

We have taken 'bread bus' or 'mian bao che' to go to that avenue seven, and it cost rmb 1.50 go and 1.00 back and took about 15 mins only. from front is Vivian, massita and hajar, me n xinhui

The auntie selling fried fishballs i think at along the road of Wuhan City, that food is very delicious too!

The local government offered free haircut and medical checkup for Wuhan citiznes, good leisure and services

Today the weather is warmer and i can feel that my room is actually warmer than my others OIP peer rooms. This the credit of heater conditioner in our room and we actually open it 24 hours and make sure the room is hot when we get back from our classrooms. And i got a shock today when i woke up in the morning; i didn't seal and closed my biscuits yesterday and just left it on my table, after comming back from classroom vivian, my friend went to my room and that we had a small rest before we gone to the next lesson at 1 noon. Vivian opened the biscult and I said :"Oh Ahi ya!I forgot to seal my biscuits plastic cover, it is moist and freeze? Don't eat la!" But Vivian just ignore me and she very quickly bite on the biscuits and said "Oii, it is still crunchy wor!" I just could not believe it and i really think that the biscuits are actually freezed by the air to maintain its "crunchiness"; the biscult is cold as putting it in the fridge! Oh my!

First IS lesson on Hubei/Wuhan culture

YEAH!!!!!~QIANGGG JIANNNG CHIAAANG~!!tHIS IS THE MR. WONG IN RABBIT POST!@! FUNNY LEH!!!!!HEHEHE!!!^^

Today we are supposed to actually have a lesson in the morning 9a.m to 11a.m, we are all woke up late and Mr.Wong knob our door and shout wake up, wake up, and heading to knob everybody's room door and shout wake up, wake up again, we could not wake up just that early and we are all sleepless due to blogging untill midnight. Nevertheless, after we went to teaching block then we realised that there were no teacher comming. Mr.Wong funny lo, he then called the China teacher, Xiao Lin Lao Shi and Lao Shi said morning no class la it is a afternoon class, wah!!!!! Mr.Wong you very pro.wor made us wake up so early and we all nearly got pandan eyes! bacsuse of u heheehhe!! (Sing the song behind backgound compose/singer by Mariah Carrie "...because of u i can;t wake up late today..ohhHHhh..." )

heheheheh this is the Xiao Lin Lao Shi, she is teaching us to day on history of hubei and wuhan. She even told us zhu ke liang was aventually staying at hubei during the liu bei visit three times to his home to invite zhu ke liang to assist him in the war with Chao cao (story of san gu mai lu). Li shi zhen who created the herbs encyclopedia ben cao gang mu, hua mu lan, shen nong yan di the emperor yan di during chu 4th century BC, and hua mu lan were actually born in Hubei province also! How surprising!

These are the 'lecturer nots' xiao lin teacher has given us on the history of red cliff, but do not worry, her lesson is very relax and flexible and not feeling tension at all

The afternoon IS lesson (Interdisciplinary Studies Lesson) is holding on every Wednesdays and Thursday and our lecturer is a lady Mrs Tan Xiao Lin, Xiao Lin Lao Shi. SHe is a very kind and funny women adn she shared us many valueble infomation on shopping and eating in Wuhan. "Tian shang you jiu tou niao, di shang you hu bei lao". I wonders if you have heard about this before, there called hubeinese as nine headed bird and hu bei lao. I nearly laugh out when i saw the "golden words". Lao shi said maybe some of the people will said this to hubeinese bacause Hubeinese are actuallly quite direct, competative, aggresive and very cunnning. However, Hubeinese are actually proud of their unique characteristic and it is nothing wrong to be direct, competative and smarter than others. Xiao Lin lao shi she covers us with the geography of hubei that make up of nine cities, the famous four beauties in china history, the romance of three kindom, story of 'yan ti and huang ti' and why we chinese are called 'yan huang zi sun',story of 'niu lang zhi nv' , hua mu lan and may more. The most memorable and when i heard lao shi said that Mr. Sun Yat-Sun has been staying on Hubei when in the famous Xin Hai Revelutions onm October 1911 and made it as first strategy planning locations. Mr. Sun even swim accros the YAng Tse River that stated in Wuhan when he was about 73 years old, and the Hubeinese are actually having the river crossing festivals every year and bring olders and youngsers to swim across the Yang Tse River to memorise Mr. Sun noble . MOreover, lao shi told us that htere ar etwo very inportant war in china history where it is the Guangdu War and Chi Bi war. Chi BI war is well known but guagdu war doesn't. Chi BI war is the red cliff war and she even distribute us the A4 paper written with Chi Bi History. LAo Lin lao shi is very nice women and she even shown me her camera and pricing when i asked her how to choose and buy a camera in Wuhan. ok, tomoro i'll go and chosse and replace a camera for myself at Digital city moll, Dian Nao Cheng.

After lesson ended at about 4.30p.m , wei guang, me, xinag yu,xinhui, massita, hajar and vivian went to have dinner in JIan Er Qi Dai (the avenue seven of jian er road). Our target is to eat the local Singapore Restraunt food in WUhan and we've found many new diansum in Wuhan very deliciuos like the baked sweet potato, it is really very very nice, hot, and naturally sweet. We even tried the street by food like the fried balls and Ru Yi Gan ( a type of food like touhu skin). However, the Singapore restrunt didn't sell on many Singapore food, it is more to the name is 'Singapore' only, haiz we travel bus n walk so far just for it, at there selling other food from yun nan noodles, jiao zi and many more and i order a tonic soup.

I'm really glad to meet you all... Wei guang, xinhui and masita, I really never expect to have such wonderful memories going out with friends in Wuhan... and i have believe I've found my friends in this wuhan trip....I really appreciated to know you all and may we all will have even brighter and better memories in future wuhan trips
